Debian GNU/kFreeBSD 6.0 KVM instance to "master" of

accept4: require SOCK_NONBLOCK/SOCK_CLOEXEC macros
autopush: fix/enable under Debian GNU/kFreeBSD
test: increase delta range for timing-sensitive test
