Ruby branches at bogomips.org

These are Ruby branches that attempt to fix/improve Ruby for things that matter to me (Eric Wong). I hope to integrate these fixes into upstream Ruby (MRI/YARV trunk).

Notes

• ChangeLog is never updated in git, it leads to too many merge conflicts

• git commit messages attempt to be more descriptive than GNU standards

• I only have access to (and mainly care about) GNU/Linux x86_64 and x86.
