librelist requires subscribing to the list before posting, which
requires commitment and I consider harmful to decentralization.

In contrast, you'll be able post to the new list without any sort
of subscription at all; port 587 (submission) is open on bogomips.org,
and you may use Tor or mixmaster to hide your identity.

Keep in mind HTML mail will be rejected; it's spammy, a waste of
bandwidth/storage, and hurts interoperability.  Plain-text is
the lowest common denominator.

Posters to the new list need to reply-to-all recipients instead
of only sending to the list to mitigate the central point of
failure that is the librelist.

You should be able to (optionally) subscribe via mlmmj:

	http_spew-public+subscribe@bogomips.org

I cannot auto-subscribe existing subscribers, I do not have that info.
